Upon order! Where is my package?

The email you just received just contains that your order has been confirmed and is for processing.

  1. The email will have your Order Number and is to inform you that we have received your order.
  2. Allow 12-24 hours for the order to be processed.
  3. Please take note that we will be sending you a text message or a call to confirm your order and also your address. Our system sometimes have a trouble in finding location and sometimes there are areas not covered with our Cash on Delivery Delivery System. When this happens, we will notify you right a way.
  4. If Cash on Delivery is NOT Available in your area, we suggests to you our Pay & Ship plan. In which you can pay for the product through Cebuana, Palawan, or bank transactions and then we will ship to you the product through LBC.
  5. If Cash on delivery is Available in your area, our courier (LBC) will be sending you a message or call you once we get the tracking number. Normally, the courier will message you right a way.
  6. Please allow 3-7 working days for your package to arrive.
  7. We are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause. Yet we find our best to serve you.
  8. Contact us through email or facecbook if you have not received your order within 7 working days. We will gladly assist you in tracking your package. 

How long until I receive my package?

Normally,

Metro Manila Areas     --- 2-3 Days

Outside Metro Manila --- 3-7 Days 

No shipping or deliveries on SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS.

We are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause. However, send us a message on facebook  if you have not received your order within 7 working days. We will gladly assist you in tracking your package.

Again:  Shipping should take 2-7 working days, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. We have no control over the courier and if we could deliver the items to your doorstep ourselves. As much as we we would, we have to rely on the couriers for this task.
